[Nokia N86 ] Reset to factory setting Issue

I'm trying to restore my Nokia N86 8MP to factory settings, using the *#7370# code , but it is not working. 
Solution

Switch off the phone
Press Green Answer key, * and "3" all simultaneously and turn- on the phone.
Phone memory will be erased and the device will be restored.
